TRANSFER OF SPIRIT.. REV JOHN OKENE 'DIVINE TOUCH MINISTRY'

Transfer of spirit might be positive or negative, it is when a stronger spirit transfer to a lesser one. Spirit transfer is just like diffusion in biology cause most times it happens when there is a contact. It might lead to the manifestation of the character of such person affected in as much as the person might be behaving as the other person or someone their connected to.
                                    HOW CAN SPIRIT BE TRANSFERRED
1.Spirit can be transferred through laying of hands(Hebrew 6;2, Number27;18-20,Mark16;18, 2Timothy1;6
a) Laying of hands of the womb
b)Embracing someone
c)Touching someone
d)Hand shake with someone can cause spirit transfer, therefore, one has to be careful of whom you get close to or allow to lay hands on you.

2. A spirit can be transfer through evil association(Proverb 13:20)
3. It can be tranferred through spoken words (1cor. 15:33), Numbers 13: 31-32
4. Environmental transfer: This is through the environmental you live in or the house you stay.
5. Television or Internet: Through what you watch, one should be careful with what he or she reads or watch. Watching these things without being careful, spirit of witchcraft can be transfered.
i. Lust
ii.Masturbation
iii. Fornication
iv. Incense
v. Fear
vi. Witchcraft.

ATIKU- I WILL SEIZE FUNDS FROM LOOTERS AND GRANT THEM AMNESTY.

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has said if elected into office, his government will consider amnesty for looters.
He said such a method would be more productive in recovering looted funds.
Such recovered funds, he said, would be invested in the country to create jobs, improve insecurity and grow the economy.
He spoke on Wednesday during a town hall meeting tagged “The Candidates.”
Atiku featured alongside his running mate, Peter Obi.
The former Vice President said adopting amnesty for looters had been helping in Turkey, adding that such a method is better than for alleged corrupt people joining a ruling party and be shielded from prosecution.
He said, “Why not? I give you an example of Turkey. Turkey gave amnesty and all the money taken abroad were brought back.
“The government said when you bring the money back, you don’t need to pay taxes; invest in manufacturing, technology and real estate.
“And look at Turkey today, it is like any other European country.
“There was a panel set up when we came up (during the administration of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo). With that method, we recovered over $4bn.
“If we are to go into prosecuting these people, we would have been prosecuting them by now and that money would have been denied the country.”
Describing election rigging as a form of corruption, the presidential candidate promised to set up an electoral fraud commission to handle such cases.
He said automation in the public sector would reduce corruption as technology would be used than personal contacts which he said could provide an avenue for corruption.
He added, “On the issue of corruption, we can use punitive and preventive measures. We should be able to introduce technology in the private and public sectors so that relationship between government and members of the public is not personal.”
He also called for expeditious dispensation of justice, regretting that there is delay in justice delivery in the country.
He said, “There is too much delay in the judicial system. If we can shorten the delay so that justice can be done quickly, the better.
“The National Assembly and the judiciary should deliberate on the ways out.”
Atiku also said he was the most experienced among the nation’s presidential candidates.
He, however, promised to accept defeat if he lost at the February 16 election provided the election was adjudged free and fair.
He lamented that the North-East, North-West and North-Central regions were facing insurgency while it was only the North-East that had Boko Haram challenge when the Muhammadu Buhari led-All Progressives Congress government came into power.

EFFURUN-UVWIE SHOPRITE, THE HIGHEST EARNING SHOPRITE IN NIGERIA

Prince Moses Mugidi Samuel is the president and founder of Africa Christian Broadcasting Network(ACBN) founded 1st July 2007 with broadcast headquarter in Lagos, Nigeria. ACBN is a media outfit registered in Nigeria, United Kingdom and Wales endorsed by CAN (Christian Association Nigeria) and PFN( Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria). He represents the Labour Party in Delta State as the candidate of  House of Assembly Uvwie constituency.
Yesterday, he made visit to the Uvwie elders where his generosity and benevolent personality differ him from others representing the people due to his profile. Prayers were made during the visitation and as well as the plea of the people were share during conversation that those representing them in the past do siphon the funds made for the community but Prince Moses assured them that his administration would be differ citing an example with the Shoprite in Effurun- Uvwie community as the highest earning Shoprite in Nigeria therefore, one should imagine if that at Effurun could earn more than that of Lekki it means there is more to achieve in the community, meanwhile, the refinery is from the said community yet there is no proper development it shows that those representing the people before now were poor in their dealings. He raised an eyebrow to the youths joblessness that is uncalled for though many companies had left the land he assure to make that right by proper representation. An elderly woman known as Mama Politics added that the women will stand by him since their children are not hoodlums they need good governance and a lucrative environment to excel while making an instance with the deplorable state of the educational system in the community .

Following his profile, he has enjoyed the mentor-ship of the likes of Bishop David Oyedepo and other reputable leaders in the world so his advance and God fearing characterization is not questionable to give the people divine leadership from God.

NBA FURIOUS OVER CJN SUSPENSE.

Yesterday, President Muhammadu Buhari surrendered all pretence to the rule of law and constitutional democracy by sacking the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen. Unilaterally and in flagrant violation of the Constitution, he also swore in Tanko Muhammad as the new acting CJN. By this act, the President has precipitated needless confusion in the polity. A shocking action, it will aggravate tension ahead of the general election in February and March. This poses a great peril to our democracy.
Though the President defended his action by citing an order from the Code of Conduct Tribunal directing Onnoghen’s suspension, his action is akin to a coup – a judicial coup in this case. In a subtle way, the President has suspended in part an integral part of the judiciary by illegally intimidating its highest symbol and shamefully deposing him.

Onnoghen’s travails began late in 2016. His substantive elevation as the CJN suffered delay by the Buhari government to the bewilderment of the public. Early in 2017, he was eventually nominated by Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, who was then the Acting President and was sworn into office in March (2017). But the real signs of trouble blew open on January 7 when a civil society group, the Anti-Corruption and Research Based Data Initiative, filed a petition with the Code of Conduct Bureau, accusing Onnoghen of corruption and false declaration of assets. The CCT immediately took over from there, commencing the trial of the CJN. Initially, the Buhari Presidency denied having anything to do with his arraignment.  In spite of criticism that the move against Onnoghen did not follow laid-down rules the trial proceeded with unusual speed. But on Thursday, the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, in its ruling, ordered the CCT to stay action, pending the determination of Onnoghen’s application that the CCT had no power to try him. Before his suspension, Onnoghen was due to swear in members of the National Assembly, governorship and state assembly election petition tribunals.
[READ ALSO] Onnoghen: A season of unusual happenings
No matter how grave the allegations levelled against the CJN, the Buhari government cannot resort to self-help in addressing the matter, much against the position of the 1999 Constitution. In the Third Schedule, Part 1, the constitution expressly states the procedure that should be followed in removing the CJN. The process is initiated by the National Judicial Council. According to Third Schedule, Part 1, Section 21 (b), “The NJC shall have power to recommend to the President the removal from office of the judicial officers specified in sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph, and to exercise disciplinary control over such officers.” The officers listed therein are the CJN, Justices of the Supreme Court, the President and Justices of the Court of Appeal; the Chief Judge and Judges of the Federal High Court.
Buhari’s action is vile, perfidious and indefensible. It is an action only fit for  jackboot regimes, where the constitution could easily be suspended, as the Murtala Muhammed military regime did in 1975 to remove the then CJN, Taslim Elias, from office. By igniting a bevy of crises in the judiciary just a few weeks to the general election, Buhari is apparently adopting Nicolas Maduro’s strategy in Venezuela. In the troubled country, Maduro seized the control of the apex court when he appointed a group of ruling party members to the bench in contravention of the constitution.
Needless to say, the President’s singular and misguided action has the tendency to plunge the country into an unnecessary constitutional crisis and, perhaps, derail 20 unbroken years of democratic governance. This is not unlike other despotic and undemocratic acts that the government has been associated with  in the past, even if it might be considered more audacious, far-reaching and probably unexpected. Buhari’s tenure has witnessed an invasion of a national newspaper, DAILY TRUST, over a publication considered to be offensive by the military. Despite numerous court orders, the Buhari government has refused to release the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Ibrahim el-Zakzaky. The cleric and his wife, Zinat, were clamped into detention in December 2015 after Shi’ite members clashed with the convoy of the Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai, in Zaria, Kaduna State. Likewise, the government has disobeyed several court rulings for the release – on bail – of Sambo Dasuki, the National Security Adviser under Goodluck Jonathan, Buhari’s predecessor. Dasuki is being tried for allegedly mismanaging $2.1 billion, fund meant to procure arms for the military to fight the Boko Haram insurgency.

INCREASE IN GLOBAL STOCK.

London — Global stocks rose to their highest in more than a month on Friday after a report suggested progress towards resolving the trade dispute between the US and China.
European stocks rose to their highest since early December, with the pan-European STOXX 600 index up nearly 1%. Trade-exposed indices and stocks gained the most, with automotive stocks rising 1.3% and Germany’s exporter-heavy DAX 30 up 0.7%.
The gains followed the lead of stocks in Asia overnight, which  took their cue from Wall Street’s performance on Thursday.
The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday that US treasury secretary Steven Mnuchin discussed lifting some or all tariffs imposed on Chinese imports and suggested offering a tariff rollback during trade discussions scheduled for January 30.
US stocks rallied on the report but pared some of the gains after the treasury denied Mnuchin had made any such recommendation. The Journal also reported that US trade representative Robert Lighthizer resisted Mnuchin’s idea. E-mini futures for the S&P 500 were 0.3% higher on Friday.
“The story was probably not as interesting as the headlines suggested, as the story states that the proposal comes from treasury secretary Steven Mnuchin (a China dove), while the US trade representative Robert Lighthizer (China hawk) opposes the idea,” strategists at Danske Bank wrote in a note to clients.  “Nonetheless, we still interpret the story as another sign that a US-China trade deal is moving closer and markets probably do as well.”
MSCI’s broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan added 0.55%. The index has gained 1.3% this week. The Shanghai Composite Index was up 1%.
Australian stocks rose 0.5%, South Korea’s KOSPI advanced 0.6%  and Japan’s Nikkei gained more than 1 percent to a one-month high.
The gains across regions helped lift the MSCI All-Country World Index to its highest in more than a month. The index, which tracks stocks across 47 countries, was set for its fourth straight weekly gain, its longest weekly winning streak in six months.
Chinese vice-premier Liu He will visit the US on January 30 and 31 for the latest round of trade talks aimed at resolving the dispute between the world’s two largest economies.
Indicators released recently showed signs that the Chinese economy is losing momentum. A report due on Monday is expected to show China’s fourth-quarter economic growth slowed to its weakest since the global financial crisis, according to a Reuters poll, as demand falters at home and abroad.
The dollar was supported after US treasury yields rose amid improved risk appetite. Against a basket of currencies, the dollar was set for its first weekly rise in five. The euro rose to $1.1398 after dipping overnight. It was on track for a weekly loss of 0.7%.
The 10-year US treasury yield stood at 2.766%, its highest in three weeks. The pound was 0.3% lower at $1.2950, after climbing to a two-month peak of $1.3001 on hopes that Britain can avoid a no-deal Brexit.
British Prime Minister Theresa May survived a vote of confidence this week, removing some political uncertainty for now. The longer-term prospects for Britain and its markets remain far from clear, however.
US crude oil futures extended Thursday’s gains, adding 0.8% to $52.49 a barrel. Brent crude was up 0.6% at $61.56 a barrel and on track to gain roughly 2% on the week.
Elsewhere in commodities, palladium was 1.5% higher at $1,417.00 an ounce after rising to an all-time high of $1,434.50 overnight.  Demand has recently outstripped supply for the metal, used in emissions-reducing catalytic converters for cars. Palladium also appeared to get a boost from hopes for further government stimulus in China, the world’s biggest auto market.
Spot gold was down 0.3% at $1,299.06 an ounce, after relinquishing its spot as the most expensive precious metal to palladium early in December.

THE PEOPLE OF OKPE AND EVIRONS COMMENDED HON. EVELYN OBORO'S EFFORT.

Following the free medical programme organized by  a private sector headed by Mr. Mohanye Jude Alaba sponsored by the senatorial candidate of the People"s Democratic Party(PDP), Hon. Evelyn Omavowan Oboro. It has come to notice that the health care of Nigerians should be put into consideration by the government in comparison to what is obtainable in a standard country so that the people could access standard health care with no or lesser funds. Indication has it that many Nigerians could not cater for their health due to their financial constraint which is their major challenge. Low income earners and aged pensioner could not access medical treatment via certain ailments which is curable due to high cost of it. Yesterday was the last day for the free medical treatment programme in Delta State Osubi Warri and environs. Free medical glasses and drugs were given to participants at various level, those who came eye treatment benefited, dental treatment benefited as well with other ailments. The crowd was encouraging to the point one was wondering if the doctors present could cater for all but to God by the glory all was attended to. More politicians are obliged to take this good step and example measure by Hon. Evelyn Oboro who assure the people that it will be a continuous programme.

PURE GOLD ! REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH(RCCG) CITY OF DAVID OSUBI WARRI

When God told Moses to build him a tabernacle, he insisted that every major vessel within it must be made of pure gold, Ex. 37:2,6,16,17,23,24. Now, we are the temple of the Holy Spirit and our God has not changed and he has not lowered his standards. He wants us to be pure as gold. May the Lord teach us tonight, in Jesus Name, Amen.

1. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR IMPERFECTION IN GOD"S TEMPLE
Our God is perfect and we are commanded to be perfect too. Matt:5:48, Eph: 5:25-27, Jam, 1:27, 2pet: 3:14, Rev. In fact, unless we are, we can have no part in the body of Christ because there is no room for anything that defiles in heaven. 1Pet, 1:15-16, 1John 1-5. God is pure light and so we must be since we are his children, we must be like the father.Matt:5:14, 1John3:6-9,Jam1:17, John 19:14, 1John2;28-29.

2. IF GOD LOVES YOU, HE WILL MAKE YOU PERFECT.
If God loves you and is determined to get you into heaven, then he will make you perfect one way or the other. It could be through suffering, chastening, the rod of correction, the refining fire or if you desire, through his Word. Heb. 2;9-10.

SOUTH AFRICA'S MEAT PRODUCING COMPANY BANNED FROM EXPORTATION DUE TO DESEASE

KwaZulu-Natal meat producers are concerned about the effect of the ban on the export of South African red meat after a strain of the foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) was discovered in Limpopo last week.
SA’s FMD-free status was suspended after the disease was confirmed by the FMD laboratory and the matter was reported to the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE).
Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, eSwatini and Mozambique have announced a complete ban on importing South African meat until they have proof that the disease has been contained.
Sandy le Marque, the CEO of the KwaZulu-Natal Agricultural Union (Kwanalu), told Business Day that farmers in the province are deeply affected by the ban and the ensuing panic about the disease. “The impact of a serious disease such as FMD is really serious for agriculture as a whole. What remains critical is for livestock producers in KwaZulu-Natal to tighten up their bio-security protocols, remain vigilant and follow the disease management information.”
A study conducted by the Red Meat Producers Organisation (RPO) found in 2017 that if the country lost its FMD-free status, the economy would lose about R6bn a year. The country lost its FMD-free status in 2011 after an outbreak and only regained it in 2014, at a cost of R4bn to the economy, according to the organisation.
Containment
On Monday,  minister of agriculture, forestry and fisheries Senzeni Zokwana met red meat producers from around the country and said  he was confident his department will be able to contain the outbreak to the Vhembe District in Limpopo.
The stakeholders have agreed to form a joint operations centre  to deal with any problems arising from the outbreak.
Zokwana said the government will try and convince the neighbouring countries and other trading partners to continue importing meat from non-affected part of SA.
“We want to emphasise that the outbreak is limited to Vhembe District, at Sundani Village. There are less than 50 affected cattle  in an area with about 10,000 to 15,000 cattle. The area remains under quarantine and vaccination is starting so that no further infections can occur. FMD is not transmittable to human beings and there should be no panic whatsoever,” Zokwana said.
Hendrik Botha, from the KwaZulu-Natal RPO, said the province accounts for about 30% of meat producers in the country and all of them will be severely affected if the ban persists for a long period of time. He said, however, they are not folding their hands during the crisis.
“We are working with the government and other stakeholders to mitigate the impact of the outbreak and the ban on South African red meat. So this is not the end of the world and we are confident that a solution will be found,” he said. “It is good to know that the government has sent a team of experts and vets to the affected area so that this outbreak is contained and other areas are not affected.”
