AN OPEN LETTER TO THE PROFESSOR ON BEHALF OF TUFACE

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE PROFESSOR ON BEHALF OF TUFACE IDEBIA... A DIE HARD FAN RESPONDED. Dear professor, I was assiduously overwhelmed with paroxysm when I read your statement while addressing a protest being organised by the icon Tuface Idibia. It beats my imagination how a noble citizen of your caliber will quantify a fellow citizen who also earn the civic right to draw his government attention through a peaceful campaign in order the crave their indulgence to hearken to the yelling of its people whom are being meted with profound hardship and suffering. Though, everyone has a right to his or her opinion as long as it does not infringe the rights of others, but what you inscribed on your statement entails how egocentric you are in your view and less concern of what affects the oppressed and unprivileged ones amongst us in a lackadaisical society like ours. Honorable professor, it should not elude your mind that the man you stereotype as a "bloody illiterate" knows how to read and write and perhaps, if your view is directed to the aspect of being ignorance, mind you, you as well is ignoramus in other areas of life or profession.Nevertheless, Tuface has used his skills and knowledge to bring accolades to our dear country across the globe, I wonder what you have done outside the shores of Nigeria beyond your comfort zone the world can count on. This is third waves, therefore, times have gone beyond verbal words but pragmatism whereby nobles like you are supposed to set a precedence and enlighten the uneducated how the go about doing certain things rather than condemning their efforts by using such words "bloody illiterate". May I not be misquoted, I do acknowledge your academics achievement as a remarkable one but it does not mean that others who are not as qualified as you can not agitate for their rights as long as it is lawful. If you seized not to be a voice to the common man, allow those with the impetus to do the needful. The Nigerian government needs immediate attention to the plea of its people. Thank you. O.A.P
